These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of catsanddogsinbubbles.com and the grooming services provided by Cats & Dogs in the Bubbles ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide pet grooming services for dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, including bathing, grooming, breed cuts, nail trims, and related upgrades. Services are subject to availability and the professional judgment of our groomers.

2. Appointments & booking

You can request an appointment through the online booking form or by phone. An appointment is confirmed when we accept and schedule it. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. [State your policy — for example: "We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings."]

4. Pricing & payment

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We take great care with every pet. However, grooming involves inherent risks, and existing conditions (such as matting, skin issues, or age) can be revealed or aggravated during grooming. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is," and our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
